HOME ♡ ABOUT US

HER Behavioral Health is a trauma-informed behavioral health practice created to support teen girls and young adults who are often overlooked—especially those navigating involvement with foster care or juvenile justice systems, school stress, grief, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and major life transitions.
We believe healing happens when support is consistent, culturally responsive, and practical. That’s why our approach combines evidence-informed therapy, strengths-based support, and real-life skill building designed to help clients improve daily functioning at home, in school, and in the community.
We partner with families, schools, foster care agencies/CBC case management teams, DJJ and diversion programs, and community providers to create coordinated care—always with the appropriate consent and confidentiality protections in place.
At HER, our mission is simple: help young women heal, build resilience, and step into their future with confidence.
