WHO WE HELP
HER Behavioral Health provides trauma-informed outpatient behavioral health services focused on teens and young adults. Care is individualized, goal-driven, and designed to improve daily functioning at home, school, and in the community.

SERVICES WE OFFER
Individual Therapy
We support clients experiencing trauma stress, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, emotional dysregulation, low self-worth, and life transitions. Sessions focus on coping skills, emotional safety, and progress you can measure.
Family Support & Caregiver Coaching
We help caregivers understand behavior through a trauma-informed lens and build routines, boundaries, and communication strategies that reduce conflict and stabilize the home.
Group Therapy / Skills Groups
Girl-centered groups that teach coping strategies, confidence, healthy relationships, self-advocacy, and decision-making. (Add schedule/eligibility as you launch.)
Assessments & Treatment Planning
We complete intake evaluations, standardized screenings when appropriate, and treatment plans with clear goals and milestones.
Care Coordination (with consent)
We collaborate with case managers, schools, foster care teams, and other providers to keep services aligned and reduce “dropped handoffs.”
Peer Support
Peer-based support that helps clients stay engaged, build resilience, and strengthen recovery-oriented routines.
DRUG RECOVERY
Compassionate, trauma-informed support helping teens and young adults overcome substance use, build coping skills, and maintain long-term recovery stability.
YOUTH SUBSTANCE USE & RECOVERY SUPPORT (AGES 12–21)
We support teens and young adults navigating substance use and the real-life issues that often come with it—trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, school struggles, placement disruptions, and family stress. Our approach is compassionate, structured, and focused on practical skills and long-term stability.
